Late last weekend, I met up with hubby for a quick lunch while he was at school. Having heard so much about the campuses ‘Sophies’ I wanted to try out their Cuban fare- alas they were shut.
So with our tummies rumbling and him craving rice, we walked into a tiny Mexican restaurant, tucked away on 22nd street… In a corner between McDonalds and subway.

While I had the green rice with chicken..
A quick stop to grab a bite and if you have a delicate tummy?? Well yes I recommend ‘Tres Carnes’!
