Remember the bird??

Yea…. Remember the ‘bird o nails’ I had posted about a while ago?

Well in its place – ummm not exactly in its place but bang opposite where the bird stood, and right under the Flatiron building, was this apparent work of art- taking centre stage!

To me- someone who does not know a bit of art n who has no creative bone in her body- it looks like the Empire State Building going on forever rolled into a fire hose- showing that the city is resilient come what may, and that it will overcome every hurdle it is faced with.

What are your thoughts? I probably am reading way too much into this but would love to hear what u guys think..
